HUD 50059 Certification Approval Service
We provide certification approval services for our clients, ensuring that all 50059’s completed for a property meet the specific HUD requirements. Our clients fax or scan their 50059’s to our office, where one of our compliance analysts reviews the certification and determines if all of the requirements have been met and if the income and assets have been properly calculated. We work with our clients to ensure that they get all of the required information to ensure that the certification is fully-compliant, but we also do so without negatively affecting your rent-up or renewal practices.

Certification Approval Services
We have several different approaches for our compliance approval services:
1) PayGo Certification Reviews – for projects that are not 100% funded or have recert waivers, we offer a pay-as-you-go option that bills the project for the files approved each month at a low rate of $20.00 per certification review.
2) Fixed Rate Certification Reviews – For a low fixed rate per-unit-per year cost, our analysts will review each and every certification created and track the project’s compliance rating and overall compliance with the HUD 4350.3
