Our Inspection Software

U.S. Housing Consultants uses its own proprietary software, Blue Steel-TM, to perform Pre-REAC, UPCS inspections, and HUD and Tax Credit reviews. Our software utilizes technology that allows our inspectors to provide reports to our clients faster than any other firm in the country. We can provide reports to our clients within 60 minutes of completing an inspection - a complete report, not just a preliminary report.

Other inspection software, including the REAC Software itself, record Level 1 and Level 2 violations without specific locations. Look at the comparison to the citation below:
