New System for the Post-HERA era
With the Housing and Economic Redevelopment Act of 2008, the rules for the Tax Credit world changed significantly. Many properties are no longer recertifying their tenants and don’t need the same degree of monitoring as before. But this does not mean that you don’t need any monitoring. Our Pay-As-You-Go service allows properties of any size to have the peace of mind that their certifications are always correct, without expensive contracts or large compliance departments.

Electronic Backup
U.S. Housing Consultants uses a CRM system for case management for each and every TIC or 50059 submitted. This system keeps electronic (.pdf) copies of all TICs and all supporting documentation as well as any correspondence between our analysts and your staff. You will have secure access to the case management software (for your properties only) that will allow you to view, download, and review all certifications that have been reviewed for your properties.
