This exam is a 100 question True/False and Multiple Choice test and our attendees can use their Red Star UPCS Guidebook as a reference. This test is not an official exam that will license attendees to perform inspections for HUD or any other agency; the test and the resulting certification that we provide are used to summarize the information covered in the course and provide some assurance to employers who send their staff that the staff has retained the information in our course.
