Software Solutions
U.S. Housing Consultants uses Bostonpost Technology’s Property Manager software. Bostonpost is considered to be the industry leader with affordable housing compliance software, providing additional security to ensure that HUD and Tax Credit rules are strictly adhered to. US Housing Consultants will maintain your Bostonpost database and you will be allowed to have access to view your properties in the software without any limits to the number of users.

Our Process
Unlike many other Service Bureaus, we are a compliance consulting firm first and foremost. We work with our clients to make sure that the information that we upload to HUD is correct and that the owner’s risks are limited. Our process works like this:
- Property Managers send us the Certification Package for recerts, Move Ins (or interims, GRs, etc), with income and asset verifications, and other required documents
- Our staff reviews the certification to ensure that it is complete and accurate
- If is not accurate, we provide your staff with a quick list of items to change/correct
- Once all of the required data is received, re-verified for accuracy, we will generate and transmit the certification data to HUD
- We transmit the monthly vouchers and reconcile the report with the CA and deliver our clients a simple and easy to read report of the issues each month (if any)
- Generate Corrections for TRACS/IMAX Errors and Special Claims requests
