In some cases, non-compliance at a property or a set of properties requires a more detailed effort to get the property stabilized. Our asset management team has worked with dozens of properties throughout the country on issues ranging from issues with vacancies, financial instability, outstanding issues with state agencies, or other issues that are preventing the project from reaching full stabilization.
Work Out Programs
We have worked with agencies throughout the country on establishing work-out programs to “work out” the existing issues. We do this through the following process:
Review and Evaluate all issues
Close out all issues with HUD or other state agencies
Establish new working infrastructure with management to prevent recurring issues
Monitor and review work of management and owner(s)
